If I received a voucher code as a refund for my payment (e.g. Tenaga Nasional Berhad bill), must I use the voucher to pay for the same bill again?
You may use the voucher code to pay for the same bill again or you may use it to pay for any other bill or telco prepaid top up. However, please note that your payment amount needs to be the same as the voucher code value.
