What if my transaction has failed but money has been deducted from my bank account? How will I get a refund?
If you paid for a bill or telco prepaid top up via online banking, we will provide you with a refund in the form of a voucher code. The voucher code provided will contain the same value as the amount you paid and it will be sent to the email address provided by you. You may use the voucher code either for your next payment on BoostBills Web or you may download the Boost App and use it in the app.
