2. How can I participate in this campaign?
Just encourage your customers to scan and pay with Boost. For each transaction amount of RM10 paid by a Boost user to the eligible Merchant via Business Payment Link or at their physical store by scanning the Boost QR, the Merchant will earn one (1) entry.
3. Who can participate in this Campaign?
The campaign shall only be applicable to Boost merchants, who fulfil the following criteria:
(i) merchants who are registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) and/or authorized registration bodies and having one (1) or more outlets; or
(ii) merchants who are Malaysian or holding Malaysia Permanent Residency (PR) status, but not registered with SSM; and
(iii) merchants who are not non-governmental organizations, charity organizations and religious bodies.
4. How are entries earned in this campaign?
A transaction amount of RM10 earns you one (1) entry whereas a transaction amount of RM100 earns you ten (10) entries and so on.
The higher the transaction amount, the more entries you receive to increase your chances of winning a prize.
5. What happens if I void a transaction?
If a transaction is voided, the accumulated entries related to the transaction amount will be voided too. For the avoidance of doubt, voided transactions are transactions that are cancelled by a Merchant before the transaction is settled through a customer’s Boost account. If any of the voided transactions is found made purposely to gain entries for the Campaign, eCode reserves the right to void the said transaction and other accumulated transactions too.
6. Can my customers pay through an Online Payment Gateway (TPA) and will that be considered as an eligible transaction?
No. Only payments that are made by scanning the Boost QR in physical outlets or via Business Payment Link are considered eligible transactions to earn entries in this Campaign.
7. Can I still win the Grand Prize if I have won the Weekly Consolation Prizes?
Yes, Weekly Consolation Prize winners will still be in the running to win the Grand Prize if your overall total transaction amount accumulated throughout the Campaign Period is deemed to be the highest total transaction amount.
8. How many times can I win the Weekly Consolation Prizes?
Each eligible merchant is entitled to win only (1) Weekly Consolation Prize during the Campaign Period.
9. When will I get the cash prize if I was selected as one of the winners?
The RM888 Weekly Consolation Prize will be credited into the winners’ bank accounts registered with eCode within thirty (30) working days after winner announcement.
10. How will I know that I have won the campaign?
Prize winners will be informed via Boost Business email (business@myboost.com.my), In-App Boost Business Mail and the list of winners will be updated in our Official Campaign Microsite (Coming Soon). We will not be contacting the winners through phone calls or any other communication channels, including WhatsApp or SMS for any purposes related to the Campaign.
11. What are the prizes for this Campaign?
Thirty (30) Weekly Consolation Winners each week will be eligible to win RM888 Cash. And could be in the running to win either of the main Grand, First, Second or Third prizes stipulated below.

12. How do I collect my prize if I am one of the Grand Prize, 1st, 2nd or 3rd Prize winner?
a. For 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners:
i. Who are located in Klang Valley, they will be required to collect their prize from Axiata Office at a stipulated date and time that will be informed to the winners via Boost Business email. Once informed, the winners will have 45 days to collect their prize. If they are unable to do so – they may send a representative (with consent letter + IC) after notifying our team so we can verify.
ii. Who are located in other states, we will arrange for the prizes to be delivered to them also within a 45 days period after we informed the winners of the fulfilment details. Should there be any changes in prize fulfilment due to unforeseen matters, we will also inform the winners beforehand and make alternative arrangement to ensure they receive their prizes.
b. For Grand Prize winners:
i. Who are located in Klang Valley, they will be required to attend a prize giving session most likely at one of the Proton centres in Klang Valley at a date and time stipulated by us which we will also notify the winner prior.
ii. Who are located in other states, they will be required to attend a prize giving session in a Proton Centre located at their respective state at a date and time stipulated by us which we will also notify the winner prior.
