RM6 Cashback For First Time Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment And Prepaid Top-Up Via Boost Apps Campaign
Campaign Period
23 January 2021 until 9 May 2021
Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users who:
(i) pay their Mobile Postpaid Bills; or
(ii) make their Prepaid Top Up transactions,
for the first time via the Boost mobile application.
Campaign Mechanics
- Customers who:
- spend a minimum of RM100 cumulatively on mobile postpaid bill payments via Boost App (; or
- spend a minimum of RM30 cumulatively on prepaid top-up transactions via Boost App;
each month, for three (3) consecutive months (as illustrated in Table 1 below), will receive a maximum of RM6 cashback in each Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment Wallet or Prepaid Top Up Wallet as follows:

For the avoidance of doubt, in the event a Customer performs the Postpaid Transaction and the Prepaid Transaction for three (3) consecutive months (with the First Time Transaction happening during the Campaign Period), the Customer will be credited a total of RM 12 Cashback (RM 6 Cashback in his Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment Wallet and RM 6 Cashback in his Prepaid Top Up Wallet).
- For the avoidance of doubt, the Customers must perform his First Time Transaction within the First Time Transaction Period as illustrated in Table 2 below:

3. Customers must continuously perform the subsequent two (2) Transactions every month after their First Time Transaction to be eligible for the total Cashback of RM6 in each Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment Wallet or the Prepaid Top Up Wallet, as the case may be.
Scenario 1
A Customer performs his First Postpaid Transaction and First Prepaid Transaction on 25 January 2021, he is eligible to receive RM 2 Cashback in his Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment Wallet and RM 2 Cashback in his Prepaid Top Up Wallet on 5 February 2021. In order to be eligible to receive the full RM 6 Cashback in each his Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment Wallet and the Prepaid Top Up Wallet, the Customer must perform the subsequent two Postpaid Transactions and Prepaid Transactions in February and March 2021.
Scenario 2
A Customer performs his First Postpaid Transaction on 22 March 2021, he is eligible to receive RM 2 Cashback in his Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment Wallet on 5 April 2021. In order to be eligible to receive the full RM 6 Cashback in his Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment Wallet, the Customer must perform the subsequent two Postpaid Transactions in April and May 2021.
4, Each Cashback for the First Time Transaction will be credited into the eligible Customer’s Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment Wallet and/ or Prepaid Top Up Wallet in Boost App (as the case may be) on the First Time Reward Date (as set out in the Table 2 above). The Cashback for Month 2 and Month 3 transactions will be credited into the eligible Customer’s Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment Wallet and/ or Prepaid Top Up Wallet in Boost App (as the case may be) on the Friday of the following week after the transaction date. For the avoidance of doubt, the total Cashback receivable by each eligible Customer in his Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment Wallet and Prepaid Top Up Wallet in Boost App shall not exceed RM 6 in each wallet.
5. The Cashback is limited to the first 80,000 Customers on a first-come-first-served basis (40,000 Customers for each Postpaid Transaction and Prepaid Transaction), who perform their First Time Transaction within the First Time Transaction Period.
6. No minimum spend is required to utilize the Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment Wallet and/ or Prepaid Top Up Wallet in Boost App (as the case may be) (collectively, the “Partner Wallet Cashback”), but the Partner Wallet Cashback must only be used to make Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment or Prepaid Top Up transactions respectively within Boost App.
7. Partner Wallet Cashback must be utilized within thirty (30) days of the eligible Customer receiving the Cashback. Any unutilized Partner Wallet Cashback after the Utilization Period shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without notice.
8. Customers who perform their First Time Transaction between 22 February 2021 and 28 February 2021 (both dates inclusive) will also be eligible to receive additional RM 5 cashback subject to the following:
The criteria in clause 1 above is met.
- The RM 5 Cashback is limited to the first 1,000 Transactions only (1,000 Customers for both Postpaid Transaction and Prepaid Transaction) every day for the Exclusive Period.
- The RM 5 Cashback will be credited into the Customer’s Boost account on the corresponding First Time Reward Date as set out in Table 2 above, i.e. 5 March 2021.
- No minimum spend is required to utilize the RM5 Cashback in the eligible Customers’ Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment Wallet and/ or Prepaid Top Up Wallet in Boost App (as the case may be) (collectively, the “RM5 Partner Wallet Cashback”), but the RM5 Partner Wallet Cashback must only be used to make Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment or Prepaid Top Up transactions respectively within Boost App.
- The RM5 Partner Wallet Cashback must be utilized within fourteen (14) days of the eligible Customer receiving the Cashback (“RM5 Cashback Utilization Period”). Any unutilized Partner Wallet Cashback after the RM5 Cashback Utilization Period shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without notice.
- For clarity, if the Cashback limit in clause 5 above has been reached, Customer will only get RM 5 Cashback pursuant to this clause 8.
Scenario 3
A Customer performs his First Prepaid Transaction on 22 February 2021, he is eligible to receive RM 2 Cashback in his Prepaid Top Up Wallet on 5 March 2021, and in addition he is also eligible to receive the RM 5 Cashback. In order to be eligible to receive the other RM 4 Cashback in his Prepaid Top Up Wallet, the Customer must perform the subsequent two Prepaid Transactions in March and April 2021.
9. In addition, Customers who perform their First Time Transaction between 17 April 2021 and 9 May 2021 (both dates inclusive) will also be eligible to receive additional RM 5 cashback subject to the following:
The criteria in clause 1 above is met.
- The Additional RM 5 Cashback is limited to the first 1,000 Transactions only (1,000 Customers for both Postpaid Transaction and Prepaid Transaction) every day for the Extended Period.
- The Additional RM 5 Cashback will be credited into the Customer’s Boost account on the corresponding First Time Reward Date as set out in Table 2 above.
- No minimum spend is required to utilize the Additional RM5 Cashback in the eligible Customers’ Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment Wallet and/ or Prepaid Top Up Wallet in Boost App (as the case may be) (collectively, the “Additional RM5 Partner Wallet Cashback”), but the Additional RM5 Partner Wallet Cashback must only be used to make Mobile Postpaid Bill Payment or Prepaid Top Up transactions respectively within Boost App.
- The Additional RM5 Partner Wallet Cashback must be utilized within fourteen (14) days of the eligible Customer receiving the Cashback (“Additional RM5 Cashback Utilization Period”). Any unutilized Partner Wallet Cashback after the Additional RM5 Cashback Utilization Period shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without notice.
- For clarity, if the Cashback limits in clauses 5 and/ or 8 above have been reached, Customers will not receive any cashback pursuant to this clause 9.
