Why can’t I see the “Extend Tenure” banner?
The banner only shows when a contract is eligible. You may not see it if:
- You have already made a payment on the contract.
- The contract has already been extended.
- You have less than RM120 left to pay.
- The contract is closed.
- Your account is restricted.
- Your account does not meet the repayment requirements.
- The contract is already 12 months or longer.
