Which PayFlex contracts can I extend?
Your PayFlex contract can be extended if it meets all of this condition:
- It is currently a 3, 6, or 9-month contract.
- You still have at least RM120 left to pay.
- The contract has started and is still active.
- You haven’t made any payments on the contract yet.
- The contract has not been extended before.
A 12-month contract can’t be extended. 12 months is already the maximum tenure.
