Can I extend my PayFlex contract?
Yes. If your contract is eligible, you can extend it to a new 12-month contract.
If you're eligible, you'll see an “Extend Tenure” banner on your PayFlex dashboard.
When you extend:
- Your remaining balance moves to the new contract.
- Your monthly payment is lower.
- Your repayment period is longer.
