What happens if I use a different mobile number in the Boost app?
When you tap on PayFlex, your details will be checked against the NRIC you used during sign-up (eKYC). If your NRIC is already linked to a PayFlex account under a different mobile number, you won’t be able to create, activate, or link a new PayFlex account using the new mobile number.
