I have made manual repayment, but my money is still auto-deducted from my bank account/debit card.
Repayment via Boost e-Wallet
If you have made manual repayment via Boost e-Wallet but your bank account or debit card balance was still deducted, an automatic refund will be processed within a maximum of 4 working days to your Boost e-Wallet.
Repayment via debit card
If the manual repayment was made via debit card, an automatic refund will be processed within a maximum of 4 working days to the bank account or debit card linked to your PayFlex account.
If you have not received a refund within 4 working days, please contact us at the PayFlex Help Centre in the Boost app for us to further check your issue.
Repayment via online banking (FPX)
If the manual repayment was made via online banking (FPX), please contact us at the PayFlex Help Centre for manual refund as we are not able to process automatic refund via FPX.
