When should I activate the Kill Switch?
The Kill Switch is there to help protect your account when something doesn't feel right. It should only be activated during emergency situations such as:
- When your phone is lost or stolen
- When you notice transactions you don't recognise
- When you want to stop all access to your account straight away
Once activated, your account will be locked, and no one will be able to access it, including you. When you are ready to restore access, reach out to support@myboost.co and we will guide you through the process.
