What happens if my Boost International Top‑up fails or is pending?
If a top‑up transaction fails and no amount is deducted from your Boost Wallet, no further action is required, and you may retry the transaction after some time.
If the transaction status shows as pending, please allow some time for processing, as most top-ups are completed within a few minutes. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours depending on the recipient’s mobile operator.
