I have topped-up an international prepaid number, the amount has been deducted, but the recipient hasn’t received the top-up. What should I do?

1. Give it a little time
Most Boost International Top-ups are credited right away. In some cases, the recipient’s mobile operator may take up to 24 hours to process the credit.
2. If the top-up still hasn’t arrived after 24 hours:
- Check the details once more: Ensure the country code and mobile number entered were correct, as this affects where the top-up is delivered.
