How do I stop a recurring payment?
To stop a recurring payment, you can do it directly on the Boost app:
- Open your Boost app
- Navigate to Profile > Payment Settings > Linked Partners
- Select the partner
- Tap Unlink your account
- Confirm the action. Once cancelled, future changes from that subscription should stop.
We recommend cancelling before the next billing date to avoid further deductions.
You can also review your transaction history in the Boost eWallet app to keep track of past payments.
