How do I stop a recurring payment?
To stop a recurring payment, you’ll need to cancel the subscription directly with the merchant where it was set up. Boost processes the payment, but the subscription itself is managed by the merchant.
For example, if the recurring charge is for a digital service or app subscription:
- Open the app or website where you signed up.
- Go to the subscription or account settings.
- Follow the steps to cancel. Once cancelled, future charges from that subscription should stop.
We recommend cancelling before the next billing date to avoid further deductions.
