What should I do if my BoostPlay Credit does not appear in my BoostPlay Credit Wallet after a successful purchase?
If your BoostPlay Credit Wallet does not appear in your BoostPlay Wallet after a successful purchase, you can manually redeem the credit through your Boost app.
Please follow these steps:
1. Open your Boost app, select Rewards.
2. Tap My Rewards.
3. Follow the on-screen steps to add the credit to your BoostPlay Credit Wallet.
Once redeemed, the BoostPlay Credit will be credited to your BoostPlay Credit Wallet and will be ready to use on your purchases on the BoostPlay website.
If you still cannot locate the reward, please reach out to the Boost Support Team for further assistance.
IMPORTANT:
- If your BoostPlay Credit Wallet is not automatically credited to your BoostPlay Wallet after purchase, you must manually redeem the Redemption Code by the 15th of the following month.
- If the code is not redeemed by the 15th of the following month, the purchased credit package will expire and will not be refunded, extended or reinstated.
Example scenario for manual redemption:
- You purchase a BoostPlay Credit on 30 April 2026.
- If the purchase is not credited automatically, you must redeem the code manually before 15 May 2026.
NOTE: If the code is not redeemed by this date, the purchased credit will expire.
