Kill Switch

You can activate the Kill Switch instantly through the Boost app under Security Settings. If you are unable to access the app, you may also contact our Customer Support to request an account lock.

Only activate it in an emergency, such as:

• Your phone is lost or stolen
• You notice transactions you don't recognise
• You want to stop all account access immediately

Please note that contacting the Support Team may take some time, so we recommend using the in-app option for quicker action if you suspect your account has been compromised.
