How long does the Kill Switch stay active?
Only activate the Kill Switch in an emergency. For example, if your phone is lost or stolen, you notice transactions you don't recognise, or you need to stop all account access immediately.
The Kill Switch will remain active until you restore your e-wallet account and successfully verify your identity with our Support Team.
