What should I do if I lose a bound device?
Immediately unbind your account manually by logging in on a new device, if you have readily available device for this purpose.
You may also change your account password. There are two ways to reset your password:
1a. If you are not logged in, you can tap on the "Forgot Password" button on the "Sign in" page
1b. If you are already logged in, you can go to "Profile", tap "Account Settings" and tap on the "Reset Password" button.
2. After entering your mobile number, both options will prompt you to enter a 6-digit verification code sent to your registered email address.
3. There may be additional verification questions required before you are allowed to reset your password.
4. Once your new password has been created successfully, a success screen will be displayed.
