What should I do if I forgot my 6-digit PIN?
If you have forgotten your 6-digit PIN, you may proceed with the following steps:
Step 1: Go to the “Profile” tab on the Boost App
Step 2: Click on “Account Settings” and you will see the authentication drawer
Step 3: Click on “Forgot PIN”
Step 4: Insert new 6-digit transaction PIN and you will receive a 6-digit verification code that will be sent via SMS.
Step 5: There may be addition questions for verification required before resetting PIN
Step 6: Once you have successfully verified, you can use your new 6-digit PIN
