How do I bind my device?
To bind your device, please follow these steps:
a) First-Time Device Binding
Step 1: Go to the “Profile” tab on the Boost App
Step 2: Click on “Account Settings”
Step 3: Click on “Manage Trusted Device”
Step 4: Click on “Bind This Device”
Step 5: Click on “Proceed”
Step 6: Enter your 6-Digit Boost Wallet PIN
Step 7: Click on “Got It” – setup complete!
b) Binding a New Device (Replacing an Existing One)
Step 1: Sign in to your account on the new device.
Step 2: Enter the OTP sent to your registered number.
Step 3: A screen will appear showing that you're logging in from a new device. It will also display details of the last device used. To continue, you must bind the new device to your account, which will automatically unbind the previous one.
Step 4: Click on “Bind This Device”
Step 5: Click on “Proceed”
Step 6: Enter your 6-digit Boost Wallet PIN.
Step 7: Tap “Got It” – setup complete!
Once the device is successfully bound, a 2-hour cooling-off period will begin. During this time, all transactions and security changes will be temporarily disabled. Full access will be restored once the cool-off period ends.
