Why was my IC/Passport rejected?
There could be various reasons why this has happened:
- Dark IC/Passport Image
- Reflection on IC/ Passport image
- Dark selfie / Video
- Broken IC
- No Back IC Image
- Document not genuine (Screenshot/copy)
- IC/ Passport is blurry
- IC / passport image is uncompleted
- Passport validation is less than 6 months
