How do I upgrade to Premium / Premium 10K wallet?
To upgrade your Boost e-Wallet to Premium 10k, please follow the steps below:
1. Start eKYC Verification
On the homepage, tap “eKYC Verification”, then tap “Next” to begin.
2. Choose ID Document
Select the issuing country and type of ID document you will upload.
3. Scan Your ID
Scan both the front and back of your ID document by following the on-screen instructions.
4. Record a Selfie Video
Record a selfie video as instructed. You can review the video before uploading. Tap “Redo” if you wish to re-record.
5. Enter Personal Details
Fill in your personal details, such as address and employment information.
6. Submit and Wait for Notification
Once you’ve submitted your details, you may exit the screen. You will be notified via push notification once your verification is complete.
7. Upgrade to Premium 10K
After your eKYC is approved, you will see “Upgrade to Premium 10k” on the homepage. Tap “Upgrade Now”.
8. Top Up at least RM50
If you haven’t already, top up at least RM50 into your Boost e-Wallet to complete account verification.
9. Upgrade Complete
Your Boost e-Wallet is now upgraded to Premium 10k.
