Campaign Period
Every Friday. eCode reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, omit and/or vary any part or the whole of the terms and conditions of this Campaign (including the Campaign Period) without prior notice to the Customer and Customer shall be bound to observe, perform and comply with the terms and conditions herein and any amendments thereof.

Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

1. Customers who participate in the “Fun Fridays” Engagement Contest hosted weekly on Boost’s social media platforms (“Weekly Contest”) will stand a chance to win an RM30 Fun Fridays Partner Wallet (“Prize”).
2. The mechanics and the winner selection criteria of the Weekly Contest shall be as specified on the social media post for each Weekly Contest.
3. eCode will select ten (10) winners weekly, with five (5) winners on Facebook and five (5) winners on Instagram based on the winner’s selection criteria. The winners will be selected within seven (7) working days after the end of each Weekly Contest. Each Customer may only win one (1) Prize under this Campaign.
4. The winners of the Weekly Contest will be notified via Boost’s Instagram and Facebook pages (“Winner Announcement”) and will also receive a direct message from Boost’s official Instagram and Facebook account. Winners must respond to Boost’s direct message with their contact details for prize fulfilment purposes within three (3) days, failing which, the Prize shall be forfeited and the winner(s) shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
5. The Prize will be credited into the winners’ RM30 Fun Fridays Partner Wallet which will appear in “My Partner Wallets” in their Boost App within seven (7) working days after the Winner’s confirmation date.
6. A minimum spend of RM60 is required to utilize the Prize in a single transaction, and the Prize must be utilized when making any payments via the Boost app (excluding peer-to-peer transfers and cash-out transactions) (“Utilization”).
7. The Prize must be utilized within thirty (30) days upon receipt of the Prize. Any unutilized amount shall expire and be forfeited automatically without notice and the winner(s) shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.

Important Notice:

1. By participating in the Weekly Contest, you hereby acknowledge and agree to allow and authorize eCode to disclose the following details for purposes of its winners’ announcement on/ its winners’ notifications via its social media pages and where applicable, Boost mobile application (“Boost App”), if you win the Prize under a Weekly Contest under this Campaign:
   1. your Facebook display name and Instagram username (as the case may be), without first obtaining any further consent from you nor making any payment whatsoever to you.
2. In the event that you disagree to have your details as set out in paragraph A above to be disclosed by eCode, you shall email to campaigns@myboost.com.my to express your disagreement and decision to be opted-out from the Weekly Contest under this Campaign. In such instances, you have opted-out from the Weekly Contest under this Campaign and you shall no longer be eligible to participate in the Weekly Contest under this Campaign and shall not be entitled to receive any entry to participate in the Weekly Contest under this Campaign or any reward of the Weekly Contest under this Campaign.
