If you find your Cashback statement at the "View Earnings" is not reflected correctly, kindly submit your request for missing cashback via https://support.myboost.com.my/hc/en-us/requests/new
**Please be informed that Cashback requests for purchases made more than 30 days ago will not be processed. Cashback records are only kept for 30 days from the date of purchase.
In the event of your Cashback getting rejected, you can only appeal no later than 30 days from the rejection date.
Missing cashback may take up to 30 days for Partner stores to validate while Travel Partner sites could take a longer period to process. Ready Cashback would still apply upon validation.
