Why didn't I get my Cashback?
Reasons Cashback may have not been tracked:
• If you did not click on CashUp when making a purchase to be redirected to partner store of choice, your order will not be tracked and thus no cashback will be earned
• You may not have followed the Partner store’s Terms & Conditions before purchase. Every partner store might come with different set of Terms and Conditions, please ensure to read and follow carefully
• Your purchase is still not processed by the Partner store. You may refer to the tracking period from the store’s Terms & Conditions and check your CashUp account under "View Earnings" section. Your Cashback will be reflected under “Pending” tab after being processed by Partner store
• There was a cancellation, return or exchange of your purchase. You will only earn Cashback for completed purchase and not valid for cancellations, returns or exchanges
• You have ad blockers applied to your browsers, please turn it off
• You have used a coupon or voucher code not listed on Boost App.
