CashUp

1. Navigate to "Do More" tab
2. Select "Online Shopping and click CashUp

• Look for your favourite online store and click on the store you’d like to visit
• You will view a brief page on the Terms & Conditions, please read and follow carefully to ensure your Cashback is tracked before continuing to the website/app
• You will be re-directed to the store. Please do not close the browser or open a new one
• Shop and complete your order within the same view so that CashUp can track your purchase and the amount that you spent
• After completing a successful transaction, you will need to click through CashUp again in order to make a new order
• Repeat this entire process starting at CashUp every time you make a purchase

Kindly note that it can take between 24 - 72 hours for your Cashback to be processed and reflected in your CashUp account. Your pending cashback will require between 1 and 120 days to be validated by our partners and the subjected duration of the claim varies. Upon validation process, all of your collected cashback can be found at your "Current Earnings" page labelled as "Amount Ready".
