Campaign Period

Four (4) weeks commencing on 30 August 2021 and ending on 26 September 2021 

Eligibility

1. This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users.
2. By participating in this Campaign, you hereby acknowledge and agree to allow and authorize eCode to disclose the following details to Daesco for purposes of its recipients’ announcement on its social page mentioned hereinbelow, if you are entitled to receive the rewards under this Campaign:

• your first name only; and
• the last 4 digits of your phone number registered with Boost,

without first obtaining any further consent nor making any payment whatsoever to you.

3. In the event that you disagree to have your details as set out in paragraph 2 above to be disclosed by eCode to Daesco, you shall email to campaigns@myboost.com.my to express your disagreement and decision to be opted-out from this Campaign. In such instances, you have opted-out from this Campaign and you shall no longer be eligible to participate in this Campaign and shall not be entitled to receive any reward under this Campaign.

Campaign Mechanics

1. During the Campaign Period, eligible Customers who spend a minimum of RM30 in single transaction at Daesco located at Lot 1294, 1^st Floor, Star Megamall, Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, 96000 Sibu, Sarawak and paid with Boost during the Reward Week set out in the table below will stand a chance of receiving the Weekly Rewards for the said Reward Week:

The higher the total amount spent throughout the Reward Week , the higher chance you will receive one of the Rewards.

2. A week after the end of each Reward Week (which runs from Monday to Sunday), eCode will identify ninety-six (96) eligible Customers whose Transactions have met the criteria in paragraph 1 above and who have, in total, spent the most throughout the Reward Week, to receive the Weekly Rewards and the Recipients will be announced by Daesco via its social page (i.e. Facebook – @ Daesco.StarMegaMall). For clarity, the top 8 eligible Customers with the highest total transacted amount will each receive the RM88 Daesco Merdeka Wallet, whereas the subsequent top 88 eligible Customers with the highest total transacted amount (but less than the top 8 highest total transacted amount) will each receive the RM8 Daesco Merdeka Wallet.
3. Each of the eligible Customers is eligible to receive one (1) Weekly Reward only throughout the Campaign Period. For clarity, a Recipient of a Reward for Reward Week 1 will not be entitled to receive rewards for the remaining Campaign Period under this Campaign regardless the fact that he may again spend the most in total in other Reward Weeks.
4. The Rewards must be utilized by 31^st October 2021. Any unutilized Rewards shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without further notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.

Recipients Identification

The Recipients will be identified based on the total spending amount of all Transactions made by the Recipients at Daesco for each respective Reward Week. The entry pool is refreshed at the end of every Reward Week. 

Reward Fulfilment

The Weekly Rewards will be credited into the identified Recipients’ RM8 Daesco Merdeka Wallet or RM88 Daesco Merdeka Wallet (as the case may be), which will be shown on “My Partner Wallet” in the Boost App, within three (3) working days after the recipient announcement has been made by Daesco via its social page (i.e. Facebook – @ Daesco.StarMegaMall).
