Pick & Win

We highly advise you to read on the “Terms and Conditions” stipulated for the reward redemption.

To redeem your prize from the Pick & Win contest, you may follow the steps below:

1. On the My Rewards tab, click on the gift item that you have won to check on the details of your prize. 

2. There will be a redemption code shown that will be used to redeem your reward. Copy the redemption code shown on the page. 

3. Next, go to Profile page > click Redemption Code and enter/paste the redemption code shown on the Pick & Win prize page. Once you have entered the redemption code, you will be prompted to enter your shipping details.

     

Note: Please be informed that you will have to redeem the prize before the expiry date of the redemption code as per stated on the Pick & Win prize page. Delivery/fulfilment of the reward may take up to 30 days from the date users provide their delivery information.
