Campaign Period

19 July 2021 and ends on 1 August 2021

Eligibility

1. This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users.
2. By participating in this Campaign, you hereby acknowledge and agree to allow and authorize eCode to disclose the following details to Boulevard Hypermarket (Kuching) for purposes of its winners’ announcement on its social page mentioned hereinbelow, if you are selected to win the prizes under this Campaign:

   (1)          your first name only; and

   (2)          the last 4 digits of your phone number registered with Boost,

   without first obtaining any further consent nor making any payment whatsoever to you.

3. In the event that you disagree to have your details as set out in paragraph 2 above to be disclosed by eCode to Boulevard Hypermarket (Kuching), you shall email to campaigns@myboost.com.my to express your disagreement and decision to be opted-out from this Campaign. In such instances, you have opted-out from this Campaign and you shall no longer be eligible to participate in this Campaign and shall not be entitled to receive any lucky draw entry or prize under this Campaign.

Campaign Mechanics:

1. For each transaction amount of RM10 spent at Boulevard Hypermarket located at Lot 9324, Boulevard Shopping Mall, Block 16, K.C.L.D. Jalan Datuk Tawi Sli 93250 Kuching, Sarawak and paid with Boost, Customers will earn one (1) entry to stand a chance to win the prizes as stipulated below:

   The higher the Transaction amount, the more entries you will receive.

   Example: A transaction amount of RM10 earns you one (1) entry, whereas a transaction amount of RM100 earns you ten (10) entries.

2. Each of the selected winners is eligible to receive one (1) Weekly Prize only during the Campaign Period.
3. Two (2) Weekly Prizes draws will be made during the Campaign Period.
4. Entry for the draw of the Weekly Prizes closes weekly on each Sunday (11:59 p.m.) of each Draw Week, during the Campaign Period.
5. A week after the end of each Draw Week (which runs from Monday to Sunday), the Weekly Prizes winners will be selected by eCode and announced by Boulevard Hypermarket (Kuching) via its social page (i.e. Facebook – @boulevard.hypermarket.kch).
6. The Prizes must be utilized at Boulevard Hypermarket (Kuching) by 15th August 2021. Any unutilized Prizes shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without further notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.

Winners Selection

The Weekly Prizes winners will be selected at random based on the total eligible entries received for each respective Draw Week. The entry pool is refreshed at the end of every Draw Week.

Prize Fulfilment

The Weekly Prizes will be credited into the selected winners’ RM8.80 Boulevard Kuching Wallet or RM88 Boulevard Kuching Wallet (as the case may be), which will be shown on “My Partner Wallet” in the Boost App, within three (3) working days after the winner announcement made by Boulevard Hypermarket (Kuching) via its social page (i.e. Facebook – @boulevard.hypermarket.kch).
