I can't seem to subscribe to my desired Xpax internet plan even though I have sufficient mobile credit balance.
There might be various why you might not be able to subscribe to your desired internet plan:
1. Prepaid mobile number might be inactive
- Please check with your mobile operator whether it is inactive and whether they can reactivate it
2. Connectivity issues
- Please check your connection then try subscribing to the internet plan again
