Why does it showed that my mobile number is already linked to a Boost account upon registration?
1. You may have incorrectly entered the mobile number
2. Your mobile number may have been used before prior to you registering for a Boost account. If you are the new owner of the mobile number and would like to register a new Boost account, please submit a request to us at https://support.myboost.com.my/hc/en-us/requests/new for further assistance.
