How do I register a new Boost account?
Follow these steps to create a new Boost account:
- Download the Boost App
Get the Boost app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. - Launch the App and Register
a) Tap "Register" on the home screen.
b) Enter your mobile number.
You will receive a 6-digit TAC code via SMS. Enter the code when prompted. Didn't receive it? Tap "Did not receive SMS" to request a new one.
c) Fill in your personal details, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and tap "Submit":
- Full name (as per IC/Passport)
- Nickname
- Email address (Note: the system is case-sensitive)
- Password (must include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols)
- Date of Birth
- Nationality
- IC/Passport number
- Residential address
d) Set up your 6-digit transaction PIN, or enable fingerprint login (available on supported devices) to secure your account and authorize transactions.
e) Enter an invite code, if you have one — or skip this step.
f) Allow location access when prompted.
