What should I do if my phone is lost or stolen?
Rest assured that without your 6 digit transaction PIN, no one will be able to use your Boost wallet. To safeguard your account, we'd recommend that you take the following steps:
- Request a new SIM card from your mobile operator, and deactivate the lost SIM card. You can also sign in into another phone so the Boost account in the other phone can be signed out
- Change your passwords and block access to your email accounts on your phone so that anyone who has your phone will not have access to your email accounts
- Contact us by submitting a request through our website (https://support.myboost.com.my/hc/en-us/requests/new)
- Once we receive confirmation from you, we will suspend access to the Boost account from your phone. This will prevent any form of unauthorized transactions within your Boost account
