I received multiple deductions for my Boost PayFlex payment. What should I do?
If you have made repayment via Boost wallet but your bank account balance was still deducted, an automatic refund will be processed within a maximum of 4 working days. If you have not received a refund within 4 working days, please contact us at the PayFlex Help Centre. In the event of our error, we will process a refund accordingly.
