My money has been deducted, but the payment is still not updated.
The payment will be updated in your Boost PayFlex account within 2 to 4 working days. You are advised to check your PayFlex dashboard again after that period.
In the event that an amount is deducted from your bank account or debit card and your PayFlex balance is not duly updated, please contact us at the PayFlex Help Centre so that we can help you resolve your issue.
