Why can't I cash out my PayFlex money?
We would like to alert the public and our customers that Boost PayFlex do not in any way accept, partake, and condone “Cash Out” or “CO”.
Lately, there has been an emergence of Cash Out groups on social media such as Facebook, Telegram and Whatsapp that allegedly facilitate Cash Out using Boost PayFlex.
Please be informed that Cash Out is an illegal mechanism promoted by fraudulent parties promising customers that they will be able cash out or receive spending limit assigned by our Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) PayFlex programme.
BNPL facilities shall only be used for the payment of the product purchased in the form of instalment plans. THE SPENDING LIMIT ASSIGNED TO YOU IN OUR BNPL PAYFLEX PROGRAMME IS NOT MEANT FOR REDEMPTION OR WITHDRAWAL. Receiving cash from our merchants without actual purchase of their goods is MISUSE of the BNPL facilities and therefore is ILLEGAL.
We will not hesitate to lodge a police report and take legal action against parties partaking in the Cash Out mechanism.
