Why can't I use my PayFlex?
If you are trying to apply for PayFlex for the first time, it could be that you are not eligible to use PayFlex after our credit scoring exercise.
If you are an existing PayFlex user, there could be a few reasons why you could not use your PayFlex account:
1. You may have overdue payments.
2. You may have late payment charges that was not paid yet.
3. Your account could be suspended: To understand the reasons for suspension, contact us at the PayFlex Help Centre to check your PayFlex status.
