When making payment, I received an error message stating ""The transaction has exceeded the Transfer Limit"", despite the fact that my transaction value was within my Transfer Limit. Why is this happening?
The Transfer Limit is calculated based on your accumulated transfer amount in one (1) calendar month.
For example, you have set your monthly Transfer Limit to RM100.
You successfully made your first payment of RM50. You then try to make a second payment of RM60, but are unsuccessful. This is because your total transfer amount = RM50 + RM60 = RM110, which exceeds your monthly Transfer Limit of RM100.
To complete your transaction, you will need to increase your Auto Add Money via Bank Transfer Limit or Add Money to your Boost Wallet.
