The message 'Maximum number of jars has been reached' is displayed on the screen, and the 'Create Jar' button is disabled, even though I have less than eight (8) Savings Jars. Why is this happening?
The maximum limit of eight (8) Savings Jars include your completed Jars. You can tap on 'Completed' to view your completed Jars, withdraw your Jar balance to your Savings Account and delete your Jar. You will then be able to create a new Jar.
Alternatively, if you wish to repurpose a completed Jar, you can tap 'Manage' to edit your Jar name, target date, target amount, and Auto Debit settings..
