No, you can access the Boost Bank app by entering the username and Bank PIN you created during registration via the Boost app. However, you will need to go through a 12-hour cooling-off period after binding your device in the Boost Bank app..
Do note that a 12-hour cooling off (or freeze) period will be applied when you perform the 1st time login in the Boost Bank app. During this period, fund transfers and payment transactions (ie. Scan & Pay) from both apps are restricted for security.
