Why can’t I make DuitNow transfer, P2P transfer and/or investment transactions?
Adding money to your Wallet with Boost PayFlex temporarily restricts specific transactions until you fully repay your Add Money PayFlex contract. This is a security measure to prevent misuse of funds.
Restricted transactions include:
• DuitNow Transfer
• Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Transfers
• Investments, including:
o Unit Trust Fund / Amanah Saham
o Stocks
• Donation
For example: You chose a 3-month instalment plan to add RM100 to your Boost Wallet with PayFlex. This RM100 cannot be used for sending money to others or investing until the RM100 PayFlex contract is settled in full.
If you are still unable to transfer money to others even after paying all your active PayFlex contracts, contact us through the new PayFlex Help Centre in the Boost app to receive help within 2-5 business days.
