How do I close my Boost account?
We're sorry to see you go π Do note that you won't incur any charges whatsoever for keeping your Boost account, even if you choose not to use it. Maintaining the account is entirely cost-free.
We appreciate if you can take a moment to explore these features offered by Boost before proceeding further with your account cancellation:

However should you would like to proceed with your account termination, you may follow the steps below:
1. On the Profile page, click on "Account Settings".
2. Next, click on "Close my Boost Account". This will prompt you to confirm your email address registered with Boost.
3. Please note that account closure is irreversible. To proceed click "Close Account".
Note: You are highly advised to utilize your remaining balance in your Boost wallet before closing your account. However, should you have any balance unutilized, our support team will email you within 3-5 days for the balance transfer after you have confirmed account closure.
