Why am I getting maximum device error when I try to sign-in to my account on my newly purchased device?
If you are receiving this error message upon sign-in, you have reached the maximum number of devices to access your Boost account. Please submit a request to us here for us to reset your device count.
Do note that for security purposes, we only allow our users to sign into their accounts on a maximum of 5 devices as more than 5 devices may lead to information leaks.
