Campaign Period

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to Boost Basic Wallet users only. This Campaign is not open to eCode’s employees.

Campaign Mechanics

1. One (1) eligible Customer who successfully upgrade his/her Boost wallet from Basic Wallet to Premium Wallet during the Campaign Period will stand a chance to win one (1) laptop device.
2. eCode will select one (1) Winner within five (5) working days after the last day of the Campaign Period.
3. The Winner will receive a winner confirmation email from Boost’s official email (marketing@myboost.com.my). The Winner must respond to Boost’s official email with his/her details for Prize fulfilment purposes within forty-eight (48) hours from the delivery time of Boost’s official email, failing which, the Prize shall be forfeited, and the Winner shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
4. All Customers who successfully upgrade their Boost wallet from Basic Wallet to Premium Wallet during the Campaign Period are also eligible to receive a RM10 UnionPay QR Wallet as stipulated under the Go Premium Campaign (please click here for the terms and conditions of the Go Premium Campaign).

Important Notice:

1. By participating in this Campaign, you hereby acknowledge and agree to allow and authorize eCode to disclose the following details for purposes of its winner’s announcement on via its social media pages and where applicable, Boost mobile application, if you win the Prize under this Campaign:
   1. your Boost registered name and masked phone number (012-345XXXX),
      without first obtaining any further consent from you nor making any payment whatsoever to you.
2. In the event that you disagree to have your details as set out in paragraph A above to be disclosed by eCode, you shall email to campaigns@myboost.com.my to express your disagreement and decision to be opted-out from this Campaign. In such instances, you have opted-out from and no longer be eligible to win the Prize under this Campaign and shall not be entitled to receive any entry to participate or receive any reward/ prize under this Campaign.
3. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Notice and you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information : (i) for the purposes of this Campaign; and/or (ii) in accordance with our Privacy Notice at https://www.myboost.com.my/privacy.
