My Beyond card is lost or stolen. What should I do?
If your Beyond card is stolen, you are advised to freeze your Beyond card in-app immediately. On the Beyond card dashboard, tap "Freeze Card". Your card will be inactive for usage.
Should you like to proceed with a card replacement, you may follow the steps below:
1. On the Card dashboard, click "Replace My Beyond Card".
2. You will be prompted to confirm the replacement via biometric authentication/six-digit PIN.
Upon successful replacement, your new Beyond card will be issued and ready for your use. If you cannot access your app, submit a request at https://support.myboost.com.my/hc/en-us/requests/new.
