How do I make repayment for Boost PayFlex?
When you first signed up for PayFlex, you would have consented to link your bank account or debit card for auto deduction of your PayFlex contract dues. The auto debit will be triggered on the contract due date.
Linked via Bank Account
Automatic deductions from your linked bank account happen on working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Don’t worry, you will not be charged late payment fees should your repayment date fall on any of these exclusion days.
Linked via Debit Card
Automatic deductions from your linked debit card happen daily, including weekends and holidays.
Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your bank account or debit card to cover the payment on the contract due date. However, should you choose to repay your contract manually via your Boost e-wallet (any time at all), just follow these simple steps:
1. On the Boost PayFlex dashboard, click the "Pay Now" or "Repay All" button.
2. You are required to confirm the transaction by biometric authentication or six digit PIN.
3. Upon successful payment, you will be brought to the "Success" screen.
In the event that you have manually repaid for a PayFlex contract (via e-wallet) that has been auto-debited from your bank account or debit card as well, don't worry! We will automatically refund your repayment back to your Boost Wallet.
