Campaign Period

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users.

Campaign Mechanics

1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who convert loyalty points from Boost’s participating partners into Boost Stars (in accordance with the Boost partners’ respective redemption program) (“Conversion”) will be eligible to receive (i) 100% Bonus Boost Stars, and (ii) entries to win a pair of Aaron Kwok Kuala Lumpur Concert Ticket.

For clarity, a list of participating Boost loyalty partners can be found under ‘Stars Exchange’ section in the Boost app or in the following list:

• • Rakuten Trade
  • Alliance Bank
  • CIMB Bank
  • Hong Leong Bank
  • RHB Bank
  • UOB Bank Malaysia

2. Eligible Customers must perform any of the following by 10th June 2023, 23:59pm to be entitled for the Rewards and entries to win the Prize:

• • Perform instant points conversion with Rakuten Trade & RHB Bank at the said partners’ platforms;
  • Perform manual points conversion with Alliance Bank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank and UOB Bank at the said partners’ platforms. Customers will receive a Stars Redemption Code from respective bank partners once the conversion processed by the said partners, Customer must utilize the Redemption Code in Boost app by 10th June 2023 23:59pm.

3. The 100% Bonus Boost Stars shall be credited into the eligible Customers’ BoostUP account within thirty (30) days after the end of the Campaign Period or any other date as may be determined by Boost in its sole and absolute discretion.
4. Every 1,000 Bonus Stars converted from the participating Boost loyalty partners will result in 1 entry to win the Prize. There is no limit to the total number of entries that each Customer can earn.

Example:

If a Customer converts his/her 12,000 Bank A points during the Campaign Period, he/she is entitled to receive 4,000 Boost Stars on a regular basis from the conversion.
From the entitlement of 4,000 Boost Stars, he/she will receive extra 100% of the 4,000 Boost Stars, bringing the total Boost Stars earned to 8,000 Boost Stars.
For every 1,000 Bonus Stars converted from the participating Boost loyalty partners, the Customer will get 1 entry to win the Prize, bringing the total entries earned to 4.

5. eCode will select one (1) Winner (“Winner”) to win one (1) Prize, the Winner will be selected within three (3) working days after the end of the Campaign Period.
6. The Winner will receive a winner confirmation email from Boost’s official email (marketing@myboost.com.my). Winners must respond to Boost’s email with their details for Prize fulfilment purposes within forty-eight (48) hours, failing which, the Prize shall be forfeited, and the Winners shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
7. Prize fulfilment will occur prior to the concert date in 2023 and details will be shared directly with the Winner once they have confirmed their contact details. Prize fulfilment will be subject to the terms and conditions of Jazzy Group.
