Campaign Period

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost Premium Wallet Users.

Campaign Mechanics

1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who send a minimum of RM5 eDuit Raya to another Boost user and/or receives a minimum of RM5 eDuit Raya from another Boost user through (i) Boost transfer (under <Transfer> and then <Send Money> in the Boost App), or (ii) DuitNow QR or (iii) DuitNow ID (linked to Boost Premium Wallet) method, will be entitled to win up to RM100 Boost Wallet.
2. At the end of every Round, eCode will select fifteen (15) eligible Customers, each of whom is entitled to win one (1) Reward only, with a total of sixty (60) Winners throughout the entire Campaign Period, based on the blocks stipulated in Table 1 below.

3. The Rewards will be credited to the Winners in their Boost App, appearing under “My Partner Wallets”, on the applicable Rewards Disbursement Date stated in Table 1 above. The Winners will also be notified via in-app notification and Boost’s social media such as Facebook and Instagram (@myboostapp).
4. For clarity, each eligible Customer, if selected, will only be entitled to receive one (1) Reward during the entire Campaign Period under this Campaign. For illustration purposes, Customer X is selected as a Winner for Round 1 for RM100 Boost Wallet, he is not entitled to receive a Reward in the subsequent Rounds under this Campaign.
5. There is no minimum spend to utilize the Reward but the Reward must be utilised within 30 days of receiving the Reward. Any unutilized Reward shall expire and shall be forfeited automatically without notice and the Winners shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
6. The Reward may be used to perform any transaction on the Boost app, except for:

(i)     sending money; and

(ii)    transferring out to any bank account.

Important Notice:

1. By participating in this Campaign, you hereby acknowledge and agree that you have read and agree to the terms of our Privacy Notice, and consented to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Notice (where applicable), and you also acknowledge and agree to allow and authorize eCode to disclose the following details for purposes of its winners’ announcement on/ its winners’ notifications via its social media pages and where applicable, Boost mobile application, if you win the Reward under this Campaign:
2. your Boost registered name and masked phone number (012-345XXXX), without first obtaining any further consent from you nor making any payment whatsoever to you.
3. In the event that you disagree to have your details as set out in paragraph A above to be disclosed by eCode, you shall email to campaigns@myboost.com.my to express your disagreement and decision to be opted-out from the Reward under this Campaign. In such instances, you have opted-out from and no longer be eligible to win the Reward under this Campaign and shall not be entitled to receive any entry to participate or receive any Reward under this Campaign.
