Campaign Period
1 February 2023 to 30 April 2023

Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to Boost users who purchase CarProtect for the associated car
vehicle number(s) via the “Insurance” app tile on the Boost mobile applicationduring
the Campaign Period.

Campaign Mechanics:

1. Customers who successfully purchase CarProtect within the Campaign Period will be eligible to receive a cashback equivalent to 10% of their total CarProtect premium payable amount only (“Reward”).

For the avoidance of doubt;
• (a) the aforementioned CarProtect premium payable amount is inclusive of add-ons
but excluding SST, Stamp Duty, and Road Tax charges; and
• (b) successfully purchase CarProtect means the purchase of the Customer’s car
vehicle insurance is made and has been approved by Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan
Malaysia within the Campaign Period.

2. For clarity, no minimum gross written premium is required to be eligible for the
Reward.

3. The Reward will be credited into the eligible Customers’ Boost Wallet in their Boost app. For
clarity, the aforementioned “Boost Wallet” where the Reward will be credited is a form of a sub-wallet/ partner wallet created for purposes of this Campaign, and it is not referring to the main Boost e-wallet.

4. Subject to paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 5, Customers may make multiple Transactions and receive multiple Rewards during the Campaign Period.

5. The Reward is available on a first come, first served basis only, and eCode may at its sole and absolute discretion stop the Campaign during the Campaign Period. Subject to the Reward’s availability, eligible Customers whose Transactions are successful within the Successful JPJ Approval Date stipulated in the table below will receive their Reward on the corresponding Reward Date and shall be notified accordingly.

6. The Reward must be utilised within ninety (90) days upon receipt by the eligible Customer (“Utilisation Period”). Each Reward is for single use/ transaction only. Any unutilised Reward after the Utilisation Period shall expire and shall be automatically forfeited without further notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or the respective insurer(s).

7. Customers with a minimum GWP of RM200 will earn one (1) entry to stand a chance to win
the prizes as stipulated below (“Contest”) during the campaign period.

8. Entry for the Contest closes monthly on the last day (11:59 p.m.) of each Contest Month, during the Campaign Period. Customers are encouraged to try again each Contest Month.
The Customer may submit as many entries as the Customer wishes.

9. The Contest winners will be picked among the entries submitted subject to them answering a question correctly to win the prize. Contest winners will be notified via email from marketing@myboost.com.my within five (5) days after the end of each Contest Month.

10. For physical prizes, the winners will be required to fill in and sign a winner’s acceptance form together with the shipping details. If the winner does not respond to eCode within five (5) days of receiving the email, eCode reserves the right to forfeit the Reward and select a new winner.   The prize will be delivered via courier.

11. For the RM50 Boost Wallet prize (“Wallet Prize”), the winners will be notified by push
notification in the Boost app. The Wallet Prize will be credited in the winner’s Boost app
within 14 working days after the end of the Contest Month. For clarity, the Wallet Prize
credited is a form of a sub-wallet/ partner wallet created as a prize for the Contest and it is not referring to the main Boost e-wallet. No minimum spend is required to utilise the Wallet Prize. However, the Wallet Prize must be utilised within ninety (90) days from receipt.
Thereafter, any unutilised Wallet Prize shall expire and be forfeited automatically without
further notice, and the winners shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or Great
Eastern.

12. Prizes are not transferable nor exchangeable and will only be issued to the winners as verified by eCode.

13. eCode reserves the right to substitute any and all of the prizes set out in the table below
with any other item(s) of similar market value.
