Campaign Period

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users.

Campaign Mechanics:

1. Customers who participate in the weekly “Watch Tu-gether” Engagement Contest hosted weekly on Boost’s Instagram social media platform (“Weekly Contest”) will stand a chance to win 2 tickets to watch any movies at Dadi Cinema.
2. The mechanics and the winner selection criteria of the Weekly Contest shall be as specified on the Instagram social media post for each Weekly Contest.
3. eCode will select the first fifteen (15) participants with the most number of correct answers to be the fifteen (15) weekly winners. There will be a total of thirty (30) winners throughout the Campaign Period based on the winner’s selection criteria. The winners will be selected within two (2) working days after the end of each weekly block. Each Customer may only win a total of two (2) Dadi Cinema movie tickets under this Campaign.
4. The winners of the Weekly Contest will be notified via Boost’s Instagram account (“Winner Announcement”) and will also receive a direct message from Boost’s official Instagram and Facebook account. Winners must respond to Boost’s direct message with their contact details for prize fulfilment purposes within two working (2) days, failing which, the Prize shall be forfeited and the winner(s) shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
5. For the entire duration of the Campaign Period, the winners are strictly required to:
   i.  keep their answer in the comment section on the engagement contest post available Boost Instagram page (@myboostapp)
   ii. tag @myboostapp and two (1) other friend
   iii. “Like” the engagement contest post they’ve commented in (i); and
   iv. Follow Boost Instagram Page (@myboostapp),failing which, the winner shall be disqualified and the Prize shall be forfeited automatically without notice and the winners shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode
6. Prize fulfilment details will be shared directly with Winners once they have confirmed their contact details. Prize fulfilment will be subject to the terms and conditions of Dadi Cinema.

Important Notice:

A. By participating in the Watch Tu-getherSocial Contest, you hereby acknowledge and agree to allow and authorize eCode to disclose the following details for purposes of its winners’ announcement on/ its winners’ notifications via its social media pages and where applicable, Boost mobile application (“Boost App”), if you win the Prize under this Campaign:
i.  your Instagram username, without first obtaining any further consent from you nor making any payment whatsoever to you.

B. In the event that you disagree to have your details as set out in paragraph A above to be disclosed by eCode, you shall email to campaigns@myboost.com.my to express your disagreement and decision to be opted-out from the Watch Tu-gether Social Contest under this Campaign. In such instances, you have opted-out from and no longer be eligible to participate in the Watch Tu-getherSocial Contest under this Campaign and shall not be entitled to receive any entry to participate or receive any reward in the Watch Tu-getherSocial Contest under this Campaign.
