Is it possible for me to move down a Rank?
Yes. If you don’t meet the minimum spending requirement by the deadline shown in the app, your Rank will drop by one level in the next quarter. For details, check the 'View Benefits & Progress' page.
Note: Only Applicable to Red Recruit, Silver Sergeant, and Gold General.
For Platinum President, your rank will remain as long as you have and maintain an active Boost Bank account.
